Job summary

Initiate is seeking a senior commercial marketing leader to drive growth in the Mexican market, shaping the overall marketing strategy and overseeing budgets, team development and measurable commercial results.

You will lead marketing and growth strategy, drive acquisition and retention, manage CRM, affiliates, content and digital marketing, and work closely with Product, Operations, Finance and senior leadership to translate objectives into actionable plans with clear ROI.
