Formación

• Proven experience in a Product Lead or similar leadership role.
• Experience in iGaming industry.
• Ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Strong product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with execution capability and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in an international, fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, encouraging ownership and collaboration.
