Nagarro is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable, data-driven marketing automation solutions across the customer lifecycle. You will work with marketing, analytics, and product teams to deliver personalised communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and SSJS.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
Experience with enterprise CRM platforms and marketing technology.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and maintain email and SMS marketing programs in SFMC.
Architect data extensions, data flows, and integration pipelines with SFMC and upstream systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Build reusable AMPscript and SSJS libraries and content blocks.
Develop REST and SOAP API integrations for real-time personalization.
Ensure governance: data quality, suppression lists, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL.
