PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking an Account Executive to bridge the Creative and Brand teams, driving project delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will manage timelines, assets, and stakeholder expectations with a client-focused mindset.

The role requires strong PM skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business insights into actionable plans across North America initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in agency, in-house creative team, or CPG environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects coordinating between Creative and Brand teams.
• Develop proactive project plans and drive execution from initiation to completion.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate risks and dependencies.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple creative projects to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
