MillerKnoll is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive new product development and process improvements. You will coordinate with Operations Engineering, Product Development and vendors to meet project goals, uphold HMI standards, and ensure seamless production flow.

Strong leadership, bilingual capabilities, and a can-do attitude are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external resources, prioritizing manufacturing readiness, and guiding tooling and process

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years of professional level experience in NPD and launch.
Experience leading cross-functional technical project teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Provide operational leadership for new product development projects and process development.
Lead programs supporting product and process strategies with teamwork and objective setting.
Coordinate with manufacturing, operations and NPD teams to ensure new products flow through manufacturing.
Maintain lean principles and quality standards across project results.
Communicate with project teams and support groups to ensure successful implementations.
