MillerKnoll is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to lead a department on the shop floor in a manufacturing setting in Mexico. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and develop team members to meet corporate objectives.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem solving, and the ability to implement standardized work and kaizen initiatives on a daily basis.

Formación

• Experience leading operations teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and kaizen concepts.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage assigned department to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Drive continuous improvement with daily kaizen activities on the shop floor.
• Coach and develop staff, set expectations, and ensure standardized work.
