Cardinal Health seeks a Senior Engineer, Manufacturing to oversee and manage large engineering projects, acting as the technical lead for internal and external teams. This role guides projects from start to finish with emphasis on resource management and outcomes.

The position requires leading engineering efforts without direct people management responsibilities and demands strong communication in English and a results-driven mindset.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
• 3+ years leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Ability to write executive reports and technical documentation in English.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).
• Experience in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in engineering projects.
• Designs mechanical changes to manufacturing machines.
• Selects parts and materials for applicable design changes.
• Directs, reviews, or approves project design changes.
• Documents design changes.
• Evaluates mechanical processes and identifies areas for improvement.
• Implements design changes in the applicable facilities/production lines.
