Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Process Engineering leader to guide the department toward peak efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm. You will supervise technicians, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with line supervisors and engineers to optimize yields and processes.

You will train staff on equipment maintenance, programming, tooling, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) strategies, while ensuring data integrity and standardization across plants.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with manufacturing engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering department with high efficiency and integrity.
• Direct Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on assigned lines to optimize machine and process performance.
• Provide training on equipment maintenance, programming and process optimization.
• Interface with Line Supervisors and Engineers to determine corrective actions and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure data integrity with regular program and PD backups across lines.
