Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer III to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems at the Chihuahua site. The role focuses on profitability, quality, and continuous improvement across product lifecycles.

The candidate will lead projects to eliminate waste, perform simulations and cost analyses, and drive process standardization. Strong communication and leadership are essential for mentoring engineers and supporting lean initiatives.

Formación

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools and methods.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement projects to eliminate waste using standard IE processes.
• Perform complex process simulation, operations research, and cost analysis.
• Verify time standards within IE team.
• Report key industrial engineering metrics for the area or customer.
• Drive process mapping and standardization of SAP and MES configurations.
• Prepare quotes for projects and drive New Product Introduction activities.
• Coach and mentor IE team members.
