• Balance and optimize line throughput with efforts to minimize changeover downtime.
• Maximize machine utilization and minimize scrap from machine data.
• Provide input on cost reduction by streamlining processes and systems.
• Create and maintain soldering profiles (wave/reflow) and ensure processes stay within tolerances.
