Kraft Heinz in Mexico City GCC seeks a Senior Analyst, Manufacturing Finance Intelligence to build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and AI agents automating plant cost analytics, capex tracking, and close/forecast processes.

Based in Mexico City, you will write code, not just run reports, and collaborate with stakeholders across the manufacturing finance network to deliver actionable insights.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing finance or cost management preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; capable of building pipelines.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform; exposure to Snowflake Cortex or LLM APIs is a plus.
• Experience building dashboards used by business users.
• Knowledge of SAP/S4 cost objects in manufacturing or finance context.
• Comfortable working in a distributed team with a Mexico City lead and stakeholders in Chicago.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines ingesting SAP/S4 manufacturing and cost object data for analytics and AI agents.
• Develop dashboards covering plant cost analytics, variances, scrap, absorption, and production efficiency by plant.
• Build and maintain capex tracking analytics including project spend vs. budget and depreciation forecasting.
• Support the build and testing of Snowflake Cortex AI agents for manufacturing finance workflows.
• Automate month-end close and forecast deliverables, replacing manual Excel processes with pipeline-driven outputs.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis when outputs don’t match expectations.
• Document data models, pipeline logic, and agent prompts for internal audit standards.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Finance Intelligence Senior Manager and peers to share patterns.
