Honeywell Aerospace in Mexico (Chihuahua) recruits a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize the global Manufacturing Engineering organization, driving operational excellence and implementing efficient manufacturing processes across sites. You will work with cross-functional leadership to align manufacturing initiatives with business goals and customer demands.
This role requires hands-on experience with wire bonding and electronics manufacturing in cleanroom environments, advanced
Competenze
- Minimum of 5 years as Manufacturing or Process Engineer in electronics/semiconductor cleanrooms.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering with electronics knowledge.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mexico and support global teams.

- Maintain and continuously improve MIC manufacturing processes.
- Maintain the Lean Manufacturing Program.
- Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental training; uphold policies and a clean, safe workplace.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks in product/service delivery.
