Honeywell Aerospace in Mexicali, Mexico seeks a Project Engineer with a mechanical fabrication background to lead quoting, execution, and on-time delivery of shop projects. You will coordinate with design, manufacturing and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include BOM creation, material quotes, stock control, CNC and conventional machining process documentation, and shop floor problem solving using Six Sigma tools.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong project engineering and analytic skills with a system engineering background.
• Ability to handle high-pressure technical, production, and regulatory issues objectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BoE generation for new projects and drive consistent execution.
• Apply Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide manufacturing feedback to Mechanical Design and drive Kaizen initiatives.
• Create BOMs, quotes of materials, and manage stock control and shop processes.
• Prepare import/export paperwork and maintain customer communications.
