Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to lead and manage the global Manufacturing Engineering organization. This role drives strategic direction, operational excellence, and efficient manufacturing processes across sites.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to propel continuous improvement and align with business goals, while maintaining Lean Manufacturing programs and ensuring safety, with onsite responsibilities in Mexicali.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required.
• Hands on Wire Bonding experience required.
• Visa is required to work.
• Ability to work using a microscope.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer in electronics or semiconductor cleanroom environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with electronics knowledge, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes within the MIC manufacturing area.
• Maintain the Lean Manufacturing Program.
• Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental training programs, actively comply with the company's related policies and practices, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of operational risks related to the delivery of products and services to internal and external customers.
