Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Mexico (Chihuahua) recruits a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize the global Manufacturing Engineering organization, driving operational excellence and implementing efficient manufacturing processes across sites. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as Manufacturing or Process Engineer in electronics/semiconductor cleanrooms.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering with electronics knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to work onsite in Mexico and support global teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve MIC manufacturing processes.
• Maintain the Lean Manufacturing Program.
• Participate in safety, hygiene, and environmental training; uphold policies and a clean, safe workplace.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in product/service delivery.
