Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; master's preferred.
• At least 8 years related experience.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Expert use of analytical and CAD software.
• Strong design techniques and production of precision blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan large, complex manufacturing processes.
• Direct projects in machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and assembly.
• Coordinate engineers and technical staff.
• Analyze methods, estimate time, expenses and manpower.
• Conduct investigations for new manufacturing operations.
• Review project progress and evaluate results.
• Recommend corrections to achieve objectives.
• Specify equipment, materials and supplies required.
