Job summary

Lennox International seeks a seasoned manufacturing systems engineer to design and optimize large-scale production processes at our Saltillo site. You will oversee projects spanning machining, metal forming, plastics, welding, and assembly, coordinating engineers and technicians to meet objectives.

You will apply rigorous engineering methods, develop theoretical bases, and plan empirical tests while remaining fluent in English for cross‑site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years related experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Conversational English proficiency is required.
• Expert use of analytical and CAD software; design techniques for precision plans.

Responsibilities

• Develops and applies advanced engineering in planning and design of large manufacturing processes.
• Plans and directs projects in machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and assembly.
• Coordinates engineers and technical support staff.
• Analyzes complex problems, defines theoretical bases and empirical test procedures.
• Investigates and evaluates new concepts in manufacturing operations.
