Johnson Controls in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks an experienced NPI Manager to lead a manufacturing engineering team and drive new product introduction, process development, and production readiness across sites.
You will partner with product engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions, establish metrics, and guide technology transfer for successful launches.
Formación
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience leading or guiding teams in a manufacturing or product launch environment.
- Strong understanding of new product introduction, production readiness, and manufacturing process development.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team supporting NPI activities.
- Partner with product engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.
- Own and execute the manufacturing technology roadmap for NPI, process development, and production readiness.
- Guide process development for advanced fabrication and manufacturing methods including automation.
