Job summary

You will identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and collaborate across maintenance, quality, and design teams. The role emphasizes process reliability, documentation, and ongoing improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with metal-mechanical manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Experience with torque-controlled tools and assembly systems, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Experience supporting pressure-related manufacturing systems (pneumatic/hydraulic).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and technical documentation.
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and operating standards.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to production operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective production.
• Identify root causes of manufacturing issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Design Engineering, and cross-functional teams to improve equipment and process performance.
• Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and operating standards.
• Apply Lean principles and data-driven problem solving to continuous improvement initiatives.
