Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes at our Monterrey, MX site. You will design tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids using CAD and 3D printing, while supporting automation projects and line optimization.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to enhance safety, ergonomics, throughput, and cost efficiency across multiple workcells and lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering in production environments.
• Experience designing tooling, fixtures, and workstations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safe, efficient manufacturing methods.
• Lead process optimization, tooling design, and manufacturing automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve material flow and workstation design.
