Job summary
Polaris Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico. The role focuses on developing safe, efficient manufacturing methods, tooling design, and process improvements across production operations.
You will work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to implement new technologies, improve ergonomics, and support automation and material flow enhancements. Strong CAD, 3D printing, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering in a production setting.
- Experience improving processes, workstations, tooling and fixtures.
- Hands-on 3D design/CAD for manufacturing applications.
- 3D printing/additive manufacturing for prototypes and tooling.
- Experience supporting manufacturing automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing methods.
- Design tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and fixtures using CAD/3D printing.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
- Support automation projects and equipment upgrades.
- Create process documentation and work instructions.
- Review designs for manufacturability and cost reduction.
