Polaris Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets. You will design tooling and fixtures using CAD/3D printing, optimize workstations, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to implement efficient processes.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation projects, and documentation to support scalable manufacturing at our Monterrey facility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• 3–5 years in Manufacturing Engineering in a production environment.
• Experience improving processes, workstations, tooling, fixtures.
• Hands-on CAD design for manufacturing.
• Experience with 3D printing for prototypes and tooling.
• Experience supporting automation projects.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Understanding of SPC and manufacturing quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
