Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production support within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with torque-controlled tools and assembly systems, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Experience supporting pressure-related manufacturing systems (pneumatic/hydraulic).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective production processes.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, improve equipment and process performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Design Engineering and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and operating standards.
