RTX Corporation in Mexicali is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to provide technical support for manufacturing operations, focusing on electrical systems, production equipment, testing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This onsite role collaborates with cross-functional and global teams to optimize performance and ensure aerospace production targets are met.

The candidate should hold a university degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, be fluent in

University degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
Proficient conversational and written English required.
Experience with software management and Windows-based electrical testing programs.

Responsabilidades

Analyze equipment and run tests to establish operating data.
Install, operate, and maintain electrical apparatus for on-time project delivery.
Determine material and equipment needs and manage supplies.
Develop procedures for testing and maintenance of electronic products and systems.
Troubleshoot day-to-day production line electrical issues to minimize disruption.
Design, fabricate, modify, and evaluate electronic components and circuits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global sites.
