RTX in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to drive test strategies for electronic systems. You will analyze equipment, design and adapt test solutions, and ensure production efficiency while collaborating with global teams in English and Spanish.

The role may involve travel to the United States for strategic projects and requires hands-on testing, rigorous documentation, and continuous improvement of testing capabilities.

Formación

• University degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze equipment and conduct tests to establish operating data.
• Plan manufacturing processes and install, operate, and maintain electrical systems.
• Determine material and equipment needs and order supplies.
• Develop procedures for testing electronic products and systems.
• Manage manufacture, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production line issues to minimize downtime.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with leadership.
