RTX in Mexicali, Mexico is hiring a senior Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to lead work transfer projects and optimize cost and productivity in aerospace manufacturing. You will coordinate with multiple sites, drive lean initiatives, and ensure schedules and staffing meet objectives.

Requirements include a university degree in a related field with 3+ years in manufacturing, plus experience in assembly operations and project management.

• Experience in assembly operations and project management is required.
• Lean manufacturing experience and strong English skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Execute work transfer project plans within Operations/Manufacturing.
• Support production planning, budgeting, and staffing alignment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across sites and departments.
• Analyze demand data using Excel and generate PivotTables.
• Communicate with leadership in English and Spanish; travel to the US may be required.
