PwC Mexico invites a Senior Manager to focus on disputes and claims management within our Office of General Counsel. You will analyze disputes, craft resolution strategies, and guide client teams across industries, driving excellence and collaboration.

You will lead and coach teams through complex legal processes, apply systems thinking, validate outcomes with clients, and communicate clear, holistic messages to stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex disputes and claims for clients across industries.
• Develop strategic legal approaches to minimize risks and manage claims effectively.
• Provide guidance to clients navigating intricate legal challenges.
• Direct teams through complex legal processes, ensuring operational excellence.
• Craft and convey clear, holistic messages to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within legal frameworks.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback.
• Direct teams through ambiguity with composure and coaching conversations.
• Oversee preparation and execution of legal strategies, including trial and arbitration preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal analysis and research to support case management and strategy development.
