Formación

• Law degree and valid professional license to practice law in Mexico.
• Five+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican administrative and constitutional law, including amparo proceedings.
• Experience developing and implementing litigation strategies.
• Experience coordinating external law firms and providing strategic direction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management and resolution of litigation and legal disputes across Mexico.
• Develop and implement legal strategies in judicial, constitutional and administrative proceedings.
• Manage matters involving administrative, civil, constitutional, regulatory and tax law.
• Coordinate external law firms and ensure timely, high-quality legal services.
• Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risks, obligations and alternatives.
• Represent the company or coordinate representation before courts and regulators.
