Watershed seeks an experienced Manager on the Customer Data Services team in Mexico City to lead seven Data Specialists and deliver rigorous, high-quality data services for major customers. You will own team quality, coach on communications, and drive AI-enabled improvements across workflows.

You will align with cross-functional partners, shape processes, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture while guiding strategic initiatives in a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 8+ years professional experience, including 2+ years leading a services or customer-facing team.
• Strong coaching and hiring skills for developing early-career staff.
• Proven ability to set quality and operational standards using data.
• Fluent English with clear, executive-level communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Specialists team in Mexico City.
• Own quality, responsiveness metrics, and review processes to ensure accuracy.
• Coach on customer communications, documentation, and presentations; cover calls when needed.
• Prioritize work, manage capacity, and remove blockers across a growing customer base.
• Guide data problem solving and scale solutions with AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sustainability Advisory and other leaders.
