You are a strong operator, fluent in English, with 8+ years of experience and 2+ in managing teams, ready to build a high-performance culture in a growing office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years managing a services or customer-facing team.
• Strong coaching and hiring skills for early-career staff.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer-obsessed, data-driven decision maker.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL and Python a bonus.
• Experience leveraging AI to boost productivity.
• Willing to work from an office 4 days per week.
