• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex info for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Specialists.
• Own quality, responsiveness, and review habits to ensure error-free output.
• Coach team on communication, customer-facing work, and on-call coverage when needed.
• Drive day-to-day operations, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead AI adoption and change management in workflows across the team.
