Job summary

Grupo Pesado Castro, a global automotive company located near Monterrey, NL, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager in Apodaca. The role requires leading maintenance across multiple plants, achieving safety, quality, and efficiency KPIs, and driving strategic maintenance planning.

Candidates should hold a Mechanical/Industrial background with a preference for advanced management training and strong English skills. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and global company exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role within multi-plant environments.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial fields.
• English is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs: OEE, MTTR/MTBF, energy and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Standards, procedures, and regulations; foster a zero-risk environment.
• Plan and manage Budgets using CBM and Predictive Maintenance for maintenance costs and investments.
• Lead Facilities program to ensure smooth production supply, zero disturbances, and energy use optimization.
• Conduct weekly and monthly analyses to identify root causes and implement countermeasures; drive KPI improvement.
• Provide daily coaching to middle management to enhance maintenance capability and competitiveness.
• Promote company values, lead by example, and define maintenance vision and roles.
