Job summary

Denso Mexico SA de CV is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Apodaca, Nuevo León, to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the maintenance organization. The role drives equipment availability and reliability, oversees machine, die and facilities assets, and aligns with safety and quality objectives.

The candidate should have 7+ years in maintenance management, 5+ in leadership, a bachelor’s in a related field, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in maintenance management, with at least 5 in a leadership role within multicampus environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electromechanical, industrial or related fields; master’s degree preferred.
• English language required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs such as OEE, MTTR/MTBF, and energy targets; minimize production disturbances.
• Ensure safety standards, procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and optimize maintenance budgets, CBM and predictive maintenance investments.
• Lead maintenance and facilities programs to improve reliability and performance.
