You will review documentation, request inspections, and guide borrowers, contractors, attorneys, and internal partners with clarity and professional communication. Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years experience preferred.
• Experience in claims processing and customer communications.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries in writing and verbally in a timely, professional, customer-focused manner.
• Review, validate, and evaluate claim-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Request inspections and analyze results to support claim processing and funding decisions.
• Submit draw requests for claim funds per procedures.
• Review claim files to determine next steps and identify exceptions when needed.
• Provide guidance to borrowers, contractors, attorneys and other stakeholders on claim status and requirements.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
