You will review, verify and process data, update records, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced claims environment. Strong accuracy and data-entry speed are essential to succeed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance insurance operations knowledge through cross-training and learning procedures to support multiple workflows and assist with complex, critical and time-sensitive processes
• Optimize performance by setting goals, tracking progress, soliciting feedback and reporting improvements
• Contribute to a positive work environment by upholding company values and encouraging accountability, diversity and inclusion
• Perform data entry to keep logs, records and files up-to-date
• Review and verify data, resolve exceptions and update client systems of record for accuracy
• Resolve basic escalated issues and guide peers on best practices to improve processing efficiency
• Meet service level agreements by handling high volumes accurately and quickly
