Legal Management Group is seeking an experienced Property Damage Claims Adjuster to join our law firm in Tijuana, Mexico. You will evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property damage claims, working closely with clients, carriers, and attorneys to advocate for fair compensation.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in property claims, strong knowledge of insurance policies, and excels in detailed investigations, accurate estimates, and clear communication under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience as a Property Damage Claims Adjuster or similar role.
• Strong understanding of property insurance policies and adjusting procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive investigations of property damage claims and assess causation and scope.
• Review and analyze documentation, photos, and repair estimates.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to ensure fair valuation.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, vendors, and attorneys.
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of all claim activities.
