Power Digital Marketing seeks a data/analytics engineer to own and evolve the core data foundation powering our agency teams, clients, and AI initiatives. You will design, build, and maintain ingestion, modeling, and data marts from raw data through the semantic layer.

You will collaborate with Client Service, BI, Tagging & Tracking, Data Ops, and nova product/engineering teams, applying AI‑agentic workflows to accelerate development and ensure reliable, scalable data assets.

Formación

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering with production dbt ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data pipelines.
• Deep expertise in dbt including incremental strategies, full-refresh, tests, and DAGs.
• Strong experience with Snowflake and multi-tenant data environments.
• Familiarity with marketing datasets, UTMs, attribution windows, and warehouse reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain core data foundation (ingestion, modeling, data marts) across multi-client scope.
• Build ingestion that adapts to API changes, deprecated fields, rate limits, and data restatement.
• Model across sources to reconcile spend, impressions, conversions, and revenue across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to client-specific modeling atop the core layer and develop reusable patterns.
• Create semantic layers and metrics for AI-generated SQL to return correct answers.
• Apply AI-agentic workflows to accelerate development and document best practices.
