Maersk in Mexico City seeks a senior Lead Logistics (LLP/4PL) leader to drive multi-site operations and end-to-end customer conversations. You will shape the operating model, migrate work from Area to GSC, and partner with Area leadership while guiding digital platform adoption.

You will manage a team of leaders and drive strategic roadmaps, governance, and risk management across Mexico, Manila, and LATAM, ensuring high performance and value for customers.

Formación

• End-to-end Lead Logistics (LLP/4PL) expertise including booking through invoicing.
• 4+ years leading leaders in large, multi-site teams.
• Experience migrating work and driving business transformation.
• Multicultural team leadership across countries.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the strategic roadmap for the Lead Logistics Operations & CX pillar in Mexico.
• Lead migration of Lead Logistics work from Area into the GSC and scale teams.
• Drive digital platform adoption and governance for SCP/NFT platform initiatives.
• Build partnerships with Mexico Area leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Own service delivery performance, SLAs, and cost-to-serve across the pillar.
• Mentor and coach leaders to create a high-performing leadership layer.
• Lead end-to-end Lead Logistics conversations with customers and product teams.
• Collaborate across multicultural, multi-site teams in Mexico, Manila, and LATAM.
