Job summary

Alcon is hiring a Sr. Associate I, GSC Lifecycle Management in Mexico City (Hybrid). You will support labeling lifecycle projects, including launches, changes and transfers, ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely supply.

You will coordinate with master data, commercial, S&OP, and artwork teams to align timelines and report milestones. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or engineering, plus 2 years in supply chain or GMP environments and strong English/Spanish

Qualifications

• 2 years in Supply Chain in any industry or GMP environment.
• Exposure to project management.
• Advanced level of English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle team with intake, triage and bundling of Lifecycle Projects; coordinate and provide administrative support for Labeling Change Review Board meetings.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities for a broad variety of stakeholders across functions (manufacturing, regulatory, affiliates, global commercial units).
• Initiate PLRs for approved Lifecycle projects to ensure compliant supply, in time and in right quality.
• Assist in development and execution of complex cutover planning for LC projects with affiliates and manufacturing sites.
