Job summary

Alcon Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Associate Supply Chain Planning to manage logistics, inventory, and analytics for leading eye-care products. You will analyze data, develop planning strategies, and make independent decisions to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Advanced level of English is required.
3–5 years of related experience.
Experience with reporting tools, especially Excel.
Experience with planning, inventory management, and cross-collaboration.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop planning strategies.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations that support business needs.
Follow established procedures, exercise decision-making within assigned tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail and reliability in all work.
Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following SOPs, maintaining accurate and complete documentation, and ensuring rigorous quality control in all supply chain activities.
Complete all required job-related training and meet individual job requirements while contributing to overall organizational compliance.
