Job summary

Alcon in Mexico City (Hybrid) is seeking a Sr. Associate I in GSC Lifecycle Management to support lifecycle projects, coordinate labeling change processes, and ensure timely, compliant execution with manufacturing sites and affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or engineering related area.
• Advanced level of English & Spanish.
• 2 years in Supply Chain in any industry or in GMP environment.
• Exposure to project management.
• Ability to work with general guidance, showing proactivity for implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle team with intake, triage and bundling of Lifecycle Projects; coordinate and provide administrative support for Labeling Change Review Board meetings (presentation set ups, collecting data)
• Initiate PLRs for approved Lifecycle (LC) projects assigned to ensure compliant supply, in time and in right quality.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities for a broad variety of stakeholders: Actively seek alignment with the experts from different functions on expected timelines
• Manage the complexity of projects: Able to deal with complex brand set-ups (e.g. multiple manufacturing sites, high number of SKUs for IOLs)
• Handle a certain number of projects: Able to deal with a significant number of projects assigned over different brands, incl. capability to differentiate between different priorities in order to accomplish the goal
• Working closely with Lifecycle Specialists and Manager, assist in development and execution of complex cutover planning for LC projects regarding implementation dates with affiliates and manufacturing sites, according to the overall strategic project/ program plan
• Escalate and coordinate deviations to the implementation project plan
• Support rationalization processes for lifecycle team.
