Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I, GSC Lifecycle Management in Mexico City (Hybrid). You will support labeling lifecycle projects, coordinate with master data, commercial, S&OP and artwork to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/healthcare/engineering, advanced English & Spanish, 2 years in Supply Chain or GMP, and project management exposure. Join a global leader in eye care with flexible hours and hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or engineering related area.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• 2 years in Supply Chain in any industry or in GMP environment.
• Exposure to project management.
• Ability to work with general guidance, showing proactivity for implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle projects intake, triage and bundling; assist with Change Review Board meetings.
• Initiate PLRs for LC projects to ensure compliant supply, in time and in right quality.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities with manufacturing ops, regulatory, affiliates and global teams.
• Manage multiple projects across brands and priorities, differentiating between priorities to achieve goals.
• Assist in development and execution of complex cutover planning for LC projects with affiliates and sites.
• Escalate and coordinate deviations to the implementation project plan.
• Support rationalization processes for lifecycle team.
