Job summary

Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Sr. Associate I, GSC Lifecycle Management to support labeling lifecycle projects within the Global Supply Chain. You will coordinate with master data, regulatory, S&OP and commercial teams to ensure compliant, timely execution and data accuracy across projects.

The role emphasizes project coordination, complex brand setups, and proactive engagement with manufacturing, affiliates and global units. Hybrid work with some office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or engineering.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• 2 years in Supply Chain in any industry or GMP environment.
• Exposure to project management.
• Ability to work with general guidance and show proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Support labeling lifecycle projects, including intake, triage and bundling.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from multiple functions on timelines.
• Assist in development and execution of cutover planning for LC projects.
• Escalate deviations to the implementation project plan.
• Support rationalization processes for lifecycle team.
