ABB Smart Power in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and execute development strategies for salaried employees. You will identify gaps, translate business needs into programs, and collaborate with HR partners, managers, and external providers to drive organizational capability.

This role contributes to a global leadership mindset through structured training initiatives.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in training needs assessment, competency development, planning, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Experience supporting internal/external audits and maintaining training documentation per management system standards such as ISO 9, 14, 45.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the training needs assessment and competency development for salaried employees, translating business priorities into the Annual Training Plan and learning programs.
• Design, implement, and monitor learning initiatives using different approaches; measure impact with KPIs and continuously improve the learning experience.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to support development and promote a culture of continuous learning and strategic partnerships with providers.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of job profiles and manuals, ensuring clear knowledge and competency requirements, onboarding, and training documentation.
