Qualifications

• Bronze and Silver Certified by Jabil or by recognized organization (e.g., ASQ, SME, Shingo)
• 8+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage projects, budgets, and financial impacts within Lean initiatives
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and value stream transformation

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site SME for global and regional Lean Six Sigma systems and applications
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers in Lean principles across the site
• Sustain Lean culture with Vision and Strategy in Value Stream Alignment
• Lead Kaizen events and support certification projects
• Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Managers to drive action and improve Lean Index scores
