Jabil is seeking a Lean Six Sigma leader to drive strategic and tactical deployment of LSS across divisions. You will work with site leadership to ensure effective visual management, link strategic vision to execution, and mentor teams through Kaizen events and Black Belt training.

• Experience deploying Lean Six Sigma principles, tools and training.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities across levels.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost benefits.
• Ability to influence across a global, matrix organization.
• Change management experience and structured problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean Six Sigma deployment strategies and tactical implementation across sites.
• Collaborate with site leaders to estimate and validate LSS project costs and benefits.
• Coach and mentor Black Belt and Lean Champion training programs.
