Job summary

Jabil seeks a Lean Six Sigma Senior Manager to lead deployment and execution of LSS strategies across sites. You will align Vision, Strategy and Tactical Implementation with plant leaders, driving measurable business improvements and coaching teams in Kaizen and Lean deployment.

The role requires strong leadership, financial insight, and cross-cultural collaboration to accelerate value-stream transformation across Jabil sites.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying Lean and Six Sigma principles, tools and training.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of continual personal improvement and cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Align: coordinate with site leaders to link strategic vision to tactical execution using visual management.
• Deploy: track metrics, estimate costs/benefits, drive Kaizen events and Lean deployment.
• Coach/Enable: develop Lean deployment talent and ensure onboarding of new plant lean managers.
