Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Lead, Software Engineering Specialist - Workday Time Tracking & Absence to design, configure, and support Time Tracking and Absence in Workday as the system of record for our global HR platform.

The role requires independent delivery, collaboration with HR and Payroll, and a focus on scalable, compliant solutions across multi-country deployments. This position offers a hybrid work culture and opportunities to grow in a purpose-driven environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Time Tracking and Absence.
• Independent design and delivery of Workday configuration solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of time, absence, and payroll-related business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own Workday Time Tracking and Absence configuration end-to-end, from requirements through deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams to ensure accurate, compliant solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Workday configurations and drive value with limited oversight.
