You will lead complex migration engagements from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with GDC engineers and stakeholders to ensure measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
• Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Experience with global or offshore delivery models.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements with delivery ownership.
• Partner with Account Teams to align goals with business strategy.
• Build relationships and translate migration challenges into decisions.
• Develop delivery plans and manage pod timelines.
• Facilitate enablement sessions for platform transitions.
