Apex Systems seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to drive a consolidation and migration of CRM into Salesforce. The role partners with a Solution Architect and a Mid-Level Developer, acting as a technical leader while staying hands-on in development.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Apex/LWC skills, and a track record of delivering scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on quality and collaboration.

Experience leading or coordinating development teams.
Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, and platform tools.

Responsabilidades

Lead hands‑on development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform tools.
Act as a technical escalation point for the mid-level developer and support problem resolution.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect on design decisions and implementation strategies.
Support CRM migration activities including data transformation, validation, and integration.
Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across environments.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior/mid developers.
Contribute to technical documentation and delivery standards.
